Reporting Inappropriate Comments & Editing Comments
There's a 'three dot' icon beside each comment, which allows users to edit or delete their own comments. In addition, they can tap the three dots beside someone else's comment and choose Report, if they feel that the comment is inappropriate:
The user's report will be sent by email to your nominated app admins.
You can control which email addresses receive these reports by going to:
Org Settings > Workspaces > (your main workspace) > Recipients of Flagged Content Emails
Simply enter the email addresses that should receive these reports. Separate multiple email addresses using a comma as per the example shown above.
The email will give you details provided by the user about why they have made the report, and lets you know where in your app you can go to find the comment in question. As long as you are logged into your app using your admin account, you will be able to delete the offending comment by pressing the '3 dots' beside the comment, then tap on Remove Comment.
The second box called Recipients of Content Moderation Emails are the email addresses nominated to receive an alert when a user makes a new post to a UGC List that has content moderation enabled. You can find out more about that in the section on User Generated Content.
