With our new Formbuilder Feature, you can create native Forms using the Thrive CMS for your employees to complete in your app. Especially useful for remote and desk-less employees who may not have access to such processes on your internal company systems. Use Formbuilder to create forms like:

Creating a native app form in the Thrive CMS works so much better than relying on 3rd party forms from providers like MS Forms, Wufoo and Google Forms. Because the app recognises the user competing the form, you don't have to add fields to ask them for their name, their Staff ID, their Department or Job Title. That information is already held in the user's Thrive profile and will be included when you download your form's submission report or receive an email containing a user's entry details!
Not to mention: you don't have to worry about a separate 3rd party processing and holding the information submitted on the form by your employees.
