Passkeys is our secure standard for two-factor authentication (2FA) on the Thrive platform. Passkeys replace traditional Passwords with a faster and simpler method of logging in to your Thrive app.

With the Passkeys feature enabled for your Thrive Organisation, your employees will be asked to create a Passkey using biometrics like FaceID or Touch ID (fingerprint), or PIN: depending on the kind of device the passkey is being created on.
