Our Story
Thrive was founded in Northern Ireland in 2011 with a simple belief:
Great employee engagement starts with great communication.
Too many employees were being left out of important updates because they didn’t sit behind desks or have company email addresses. Noticeboards were outdated. Emails were ignored. Consumer messaging apps created risk and inconsistency.
We believed there had to be a better way.
