25th April 2022: RiverRidge has selected Thrive.App as their provider of a smartphone App for communication and employee engagement.
The organisation has grown over the last 10 years from 28 employees to nearly 300 employees working across a wide variety of locations, roles and departments. With a significant percentage of employees working in non-desk based roles enhancing communication and promoting employee engagement is essential for the organisation.
Communication is a vital component of our people strategy and supports a positive company culture. Now, more than ever, it is necessary to keep employees connected and informed, and to give them a strong sense of belonging to the company. Thrive.App will help us achieve this, ensuring all our employees receive information on company news, wellbeing, recognition, information for new starters and more; on a device of their choice wherever and whenever they want. The app will also bridge any gaps between desk and non-desk based staff by ensuring everyone receives and contributes to the same information at the same time and in real time.
